Try these couple steps if you always complain that Quality Center is loading so slow.

In fact this problem is about Internet Explorer. It always tries to validate before loading. Let's change some settings ! Let me know if you still have a problem.

1. Close all IE sessions and allow the client to be removed from memory. 30 minutes should be sufficient for this
2. Delete the TD_80 from the %TEMP% directory. Click on Start > Run, type “%TEMP%” and press Enter. Then locate and delete the TD_80 directory
3. Open IE
4. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security
5. Clear the security settings. Especially "Check for signatures on downloaded programs", "Check for server revocation”. etc., and clear everything
6. Go to the privacy pane and set it to "Low"
7. Reload Quality Center
