HP released Application Lifecycle Intellegince (ALI) version 2.0 on December 2011.
Some ALI 1.0 users could get “The method or operation is not implemented” error when they clicked to ALI related modules in the Quality Center. Reason was that users’ “non English” regional settings. HP fixed this error in the ALI 2.0. But you might still get this error in ALI 2.0. Just restart ALM service in that case.
So briefly, If you face “The method or operation is not implemented” error in ALI 1.0, set your Regional Settings , Format and Language for non-unicode Programs settings to English.
If you face “The method or operation is not implemented” error in ALI 2.0 , restart HP Quality Center service from Windows Services screen.
